Find a challenge that was presented last month
I’m trying to find an alternate strings, flat-picking exercise challenge that was posted on Monday, January 31. I thought I had added it to my favorites, but now it’s not there. Can anyone tell me the exact name of that exercise, and how I might be able to add it to my favorites?

Hi @CortGuy , I’m not sure about what you’re looking for, but have you checked out the “5 Day Crosspicking Challenge” in the Skills section? I know that we did the full challenge some time ago as a week of lessons, but I can’t say it was in January.

@CortGuy – It might be either WU-1, Alternate Picking, or WU-3, Adjacent Strings. Those are the only Flat Picking Warmups I am showing in my log for Jan. I have the PDFs if that helps.

Thank you very much Chuck & Loraine. It is WU-3 that I am looking for, and I was able to find it in Loraine’s favorites! Now, does anyone know how I can add this challenge to my favorites? I don’t want to go snooping around in Lorain’s account every time I want to use this exercise.

When you bring up the video from someone’s Favorites, make sure that you click on the heart icon (favorite – it’ll turn red) then you’ll have it as part of your favorites @CortGuy 👍
