Perfect song for today and a great performance as always @KevinZ. As far as I can remember, I’ve never heard this song before but will have to look up the Glenn Campbell version.

Hi, Kevin,
Your tribute song for Mother’s Day is beautiful!
As pasvorto said, you have a great voice for country music.
Thank you for sharing!
Happy playing,

Thanks for this performance @KevinZ . I hadn’t heard this song in a long time. I had a very emotional Mother’s Day, because I recently put my mom in a nursing home. It is so difficult to see a mother age and become something so different from what I remember her as. I have a daughter too, and this brought back a lot of memories of when she was younger and then growing into a beautiful young lady.

So glad you liked it @Loraine can relate to what you said my parents are barely on their own my father has Alzheimer’s creeping in taking away pieces of his personality and that sharp mind my mom has heart respiratory issues been trying very hard to keep them in the remote country home but soon will have to move them out of it they don’t want to go and I don’t want to have to be that guy who makes them this song I posted on their computer because they are not tech savvy as a tribute they seemed to like it I hate what is happening to them my music gives me release I used to take the whole family out for mother’s day but the pandemic put a stop to that I was feeling a little down did this song and felt better bottom line be proud that you raised a good person thanks for taking a listen and the support
