Hi TAC Family! Hope all are well on this wonderful Friday! 😊
We’ve seen a couple of Forum posts with questions about how the TAC Memberships work, so we thought it would be a good time to make note of the Support tab in your TAC account should you ever need help.
The Support tab is found at the bottom of the left sidebar menu from your TAC Home page. Here you’re going to find the answers to all of your TAC account questions – such as how to change your password, cancel your auto-renew, update your card on file, change your information, etc.
In an effort to keep the TAC Community Forums and TAC Support separate, we request that any and all account questions be directed to us in TAC Support. We will always be happy to quickly and efficiently assist you.

Let me take this chance to offer kudos to “Support”, worked with them recently and it was GREAT! Very competent, very thorough, and like most this TAC stuff, turned out to be a lot of fun, too. The front-end course stuff is well worth the price of admission, it’s nice to know they’re not ignoring us on back-end. Mahalo nui loa (thank you, very much) to Victoria

I have dealt with Victoria @VictoriaTACTeam for help in the past and in my opinion, she is a Rock Star in the customer support world. Extremely helpful. Just flat out excellent. Tony is very lucky to have her on staff in this type of position.
Now if they could only get the ability to type things in this forum without letters, words and posts disappearing fixed, that would be a big plus😄
