There is another site where the information is VERY deep and involved. Coupled with a kind of droning voice I found it impossible to understand anything. so I stopped visiting it. The other day I just went by his beginning series and….son of a gun I understood most of what he was saying and could actually glean a few things.. This is due 100 per cent to my involvement with tac. I can even understand some of the deep details that Rick Beato’s great site gets into (not many yet though)

Great win @Mrfredsporty ! I have had a similar experience. Our ears continue to get tuned and our brains begin to connect the dots as we continue our guitar routines in TAC. It is a surprising and great feeling when that all gels and suddenly material from another site begins to make sense! 😎🎸🎶

I fooled around with that site (and others) before finding TAC. I think @Mrfredsporty , what you’re saying is a testament to TAC, and even more so, to Tony’s teaching style. I couldn’t find anyone else on the web that explains things better than Tony. IMHO, it’s because Tony really does care about people that want to learn to play guitar.

Excellent, @Mrfredsporty ! I’m not sure what other site(s) you may be referring to, but sometimes the “basics” we learn through TAC can start to become more advanced than we know. Tony keeps the explanations clear and simple, and the playing allows us to expand our own knowledge and comfort with playing, but Tony also has a more advanced approach as well in the fretboard wizard course.
