Here is my first upload since starting with TAC about two weeks ago. I have only been a self-taught player for about a year now. And I am strictly a bedroom player so this was a big step to upload something. I got pretty nervous after my first stumble so my timing went downhill from there, but good practice to get over this. Anyways here is my take on today’s PuckStopper Challenge that combines Tony’s version with something else I found online. Hopefully the link works.

Thank you! Trust me, if I can then you can as well. I have wanted to play for years and never thought I could do it. My biggest tools was trying to play about 30 mins a day and using a metronome to learn timing. My hardest part has been trying to find something to new to play everyday that isn’t too far outside my capability, which is why I am really liking TAC so far with the daily challenge. Another thing that has helped is finding songs that use a group of chords. I don’t know all the theory behind it, but knowing that they are together in one song tells me that they work together, so I will just take those chords and play around with them to see what sounds good. Good luck on your journey and enjoy the way!

Nice! Sounds like we are on a similar track. I have started using the metronome as well. Everyone said that’s a really good idea and they wish they had started doing that sooner.

That was a nice incorporation of some of the scale exercise notes and your own ideas. Great first post @L0ngSh0t ! 🎶 Thanks for sharing your progress!
