Refund Request
Not trying to rain on anyone’s parade, but I gave it a good look and try (signed up for 3 months) and have decided it’s not for me, at least not at this time. I sent an email about a week ago via “reply” in this regard and requested a refund (60 day money back guarantee) but have not heard anything back. I’m hoping TAC monitors this forum and will contact me. Thx.

You should go to the Support icon at the bottom left of the screen. Once on the Support page, there is a green “chat box” on the lower right side. Type your request there and someone at TAC Support will respond to you, usually in a couple of hours.
