Remake – Edelweiss (raw and unedited)
I gave myself one attempt to tape this, because it would be more authentic then. I bombed during the Sunday VOM, so this is my remake of the song. There is a verse in German, but I don’t pretend to speak it, understand it, or sing it. Hope it gives you a few laughs.

Nicely Done!
We had to learn this in AP German in High school, you did a nice job. The German wasn’t too bad considering. The grammar in German is a little like Yoda speaking.

Thanks @Alfred I couldn’t see the chord sheet for the words when I was trying to sing. So my German really was a made up language in a sense. I only got a about every other word – LOL. I probably should have just skipped the entire German verse, but it was too tempting not to try. It feels a little like have a mouth full of marbles or marshmallow. Unable to enunciate.

Ah the 3 count song you keep on pickin and dance while you play at least in your mind way to go had to sing this when I was Captain Von Trapp for community theater so I know how much of challenge they can be good job and keep on challenging yourself

@KevinZ I’m not sure I could dance or sing this in a theater show. I get too nervous and my voice and hands shake. I don’t like that much attention on me either. Thanks for listening, and for the encouragement.

Thank you @PhilBarru . I struggle with the base strum pattern, so this was me trying to tackle it. I actually did play this at the Sunday VOM, but it wasn’t very good. My nerves got the better of me, so this was my retake of the song.
