#small win Reflection
Today’s challenge, Blockbuster, although pretty straight forward made me reflect on progress. My first attempt at fingerpicking (Jumpstart) concluded in December 2020 after 3 months + of working through Freight Train, which I completed and posted. I was by no means comfortable with fingerpicking and then attempted (Bootcamp) completed in August 2021. At some point shortly after completing Bootcamp, and lots of practicing I realized I was becoming more comfortable fingerpicking. (I think it was learning the rolls that really helped) I also completed the (12 Bar Blues) course last month, working for weeks on (Hammer the Hurt), that really helped! Now listening to Tony in the Blockbuster lesson, I realized that I can fingerpick comfortably! This is just the beginning, now to learn some Country Blues songs. If anyone has some song recommendations I’d be appreciative!

Fantastic win @Ted_D ! A fairly basic country song to fingerpick is John Denver’s Country Road.
