For my mother-in-law’s 92nd birthday, we went to visit her, and after seeing her Great Grand-daughters, they joined me at my sister-in-law’s in Boulder, and ran amok in the yard. So, #smallwin No. 1.
No.2, got to play my guitar with her Ukulele.
No. 3, I realized I can play what I can see (chord sheets, lyrics), but SHE can play what she hears.
One of the girls sang “Blackbird” and she could figure it out on the Uke, and I could see her chords, and play them on the Guitar, so it was a huge win, all around.
