I have been playing guitar for 20 years as a chord strummer, I can play well for strumming along as I learned to play guitar to lead praise and worship at church. I joined TAC to learn the proper way to play guitar, fingerpick, play leads, scales, etc. I did the first 30 days and that helped a lot, learned the basics of playing a scale and improved my picking accuracy a bit. I am a bit stuck though on where I should go next, anyone have advice on where to go next within TAC to help me keep progressing?

Hello Kyle ( @kd_pope85 ), welcome to TAC. Hope you have a great guitar journey here🤩 My 2 cents – in the “Skills” section, you’ll find many courses to choose from. I think you should look at the “Jumpstart” courses (there are 3 of them – and there are 2 pages of courses). Sounds to me like the “Fingerpicking Jumpstart” course has your name written all over it👍

Welcome to the TAC family @kd_pope85 ! Suggest the Next 6 Chords after the 30 days to play, and then I agree with @Bill_Brown that looking at the Jumpstart to Fingerpicking and Flatpicking sound ideal for what you’re looking for, and they’re fun courses that you’ll learn actual songs in. You’re free to take any course in the Skills section that peaks your interest. Have some fun with it!
