I can appreciate the technique and obvious ability, but I’m not inspired like I was by some of the earlier lessons.
Awesome player but his somber tone doesn’t much resonate for me. Wow got off on a nice Andrew York wormhole tangent though! Then onto Maneli Jamal. Plays one of the most beautiful guitars I’ve ever seen in some of the videos.
This playing style reminded me a little of Preston Reed without the percussion played on the guitar body (think Tommy Emanuel) or the two handed “piano” technique of Stanley Jordan. Really different and very cool!
