Tony often shortens the chord naming to the basic structure like C or D or whatever so I say, “Whatever floats your boat!”. In my head I do the same.

You can mark it as unlisted and it will still work. But you may need to repost the link. I’m not sure how that works but perhaps this link still takes you to your original video and the new link is different.

This is Fun (and good) on so many levels.
1) The creative song writing and lyrics.
2) The performing by your daughter, Colton, you, and the videographer.
3) The production. I have tried some and it is extremely time consuming, but so much fun. I’ve found each minute of video takes a couple of hours of back work. The angles, the snipping, the transitions, the special effects [like the color fade] are each a project in their own.
So kudos to you my fellow guitar acquiring geek for a job well “fun”. Hats off to you.

Definitely a Hee Haw staple. Thanks for adding a little Christmas levity to all the Holiday gift buying stress.
What is the functional aspect of the earbud?

Quite astute observation. Had to smile.

This is great. What happens after the 10 weeks?

No I have the GSMini Koa. But I have been very happy with it.

Great way to start getting that rust off after six years. It is melodious and you can tell what it is. Nice base line. Keep it up!

When you say you heard a dead spot, does that mean you had a crack in the wood of the body of your two guitars?

Thanks for plucking our heart strings with it. I have two grandkids who are Seniors this year and now there are tears in my eyes.

Slow practice is my only trick. Slow until the muscle memory kicks in. These rhythmic touches are a hard technique for me but once the muscle memory takes over and it becomes a part of my toolbox it is most rewarding. Sometimes I mute by releasing pressure on the strings with my fretting hand. Sometimes I try to place my pinky or ring finger across the strings. Sometimes I try palm muting with my strumming hand. Whatever technique feels easier after I experiment with it. I haven’t found a short cut.

As @Loraine stated you can still do the lesson even if marked complete. I’ve redone many. Just relax and have fun with it. Congratulations on your deliberate efforts to make your guitar journey a enriching part of your life.

I get it. I have to do the same when I play with the church worship team.
