Indeed, good advice above. It takes a while to discover your own personal path to follow within TAC. Explore the skill courses. I found not to dwell or fret (pun intended) over the DC’s at first. Don’t worry they repeat after about 52 weeks. My first year I spent 10 to 20 minutes with each to get the concept but not perfecting the skill. Now as I am over 2 years with 600+ playing (log-in) sessions with TAC, I spend more time with the DC lessons that match up with my 90 day goal. @DHeaton enjoy discovering your best acoustic life YOUR way!

Bet that was gratifying for you to find sticking with TAC helped to achieve a memorable time with your friends. Congratulations @Christopher_H 👏

It really shows you have worked hard in developing your finger picking! Yes, slower tempo but effective. The instrumental interludes are very well done. Your singing matches up great with it.
Congratulations for successfully meeting your 90 day goal! 👏

Congratulations for two great guitar wins! Finding your own special pic and new Martin guitar will help you become a better guitarist. The making for a great 2023!

@OhWowMan – all the above are very good recommendations. I have been using a BOSS Acoustic amp. It’s got some nice features such as a looper and harmony operated by foot switch, inputs for mic and guitar. I use it for playing at long term care facilities as a volunteer for hospice. It’s easy to travel with. I got it using Reverb for substantially less than retail price as it was an open box item from Guitar Center.

I just bought a Boucher SG-52-M. The shop owner won’t let it out of his shop without GIVING me a guitar humidifier! You are so smart to carefully watch after your “Arnold”, a truly legendary guitar.
I’ve named my new baby “Butch” as it is the loudest dreadnought I ever heard plus this Canadian guitar means butcher in French. Made from some prime cuts (pun intended) of beautiful wood.
As special instruments we are obligated to maintain ours within a safe humidity and temperature range for another generation to enjoy beyond us.

Thanks @Marisa for posting your live performance of one of my favorite Fleetwood Mac tunes. You sound great and appear very confident. Have a joyful holiday and enjoy that new Taylor!

Many thanks to @stevieblues @Philb @Bill_Brown @Kitman @GerryB56 and @albert_d for taking time to provide feedback. Have a wonderful Christmas week to all my TAC comrades! 🎄🎅

I like the Dunlop grippers too. Since using them not one has ended up in a sound hole.🕳

Thanks @TMutter for your encouragement. Still haven’t cut my hair in spite of my wife of 48 years giving me “the evil eye”. 👁
