I am referred to as “a singing nurse” when volunteering to care for hospice patients at an end-of-life comfort home. It is amazing how once it was Frank Sinatra or Perry Como songs but now, they want to hear those from the 60’s and 70’s like Led Zeppelin! (That would be me too.)
Dirk, I think you will agree playing for such individuals provides joy for them but for you too. Good luck to you with your future open mics.

Should I dare mention I attended a Janis Joplin concert and stood about 10 feet away from her as she belted out the Blues. Those were the days they let you up close and personal to the stage. Being old has some advantages @Moonhare. 😲

@campfire The redoing the quizzes are indeed sneaky that way. It took me a while to get the right answers but that reinforces the learning process. Don’t give up and take your time with it. I am looking forward to the new FW 2.0 – Tony indicated those of us who already purchased 1.0 will get the 2.0 without any additional payment. 😉
