Congratulations! It’s a great tune to build your guitar chops as a benchmark of progress on your own guitar journey.

Heather, not to worry as you will find joy by just consistently trying your best. I noticed you just started TAC two months ago. It’s a marathon and not a sprint. When to see this week of lessons again, you will find yourself closer to your own “guitar nirvana”.

Yes, Bill. Wow, it catapulted my count to 1017. Thought I had to be around 1K by this time.

A wonderful tribute and battle cry for your friend. As a hospice nurse, the lyrics ring true for many dealing with various forms of carcinoma. Check out singer songwriter Cindy Bullens “Between Heaven and Earth” album – a true work of love honoring her daughter’s life.

My personal experience has been consistency is the most important factor. In other words, keep at it. Don’t fall into the “perfection trap”. If it takes you 60 or 90 days on the basics, so what? Given enough time and effort you will find progress in your own guitar journey. Took me about a year before I really caught on. It’s got to be fun or why do it?

    YOU CAN DO IT PATTY!

Welcome back Fred. Look forward to your forum interactions. You were missed. I, like Mike and at his suggestion, elected to pay for the lifetime membership. Has paid dividends and I am approaching 1K playing sessions. I too miss Acoustic Tuesdays and the TAC parties yet have really liked the recent song based challenges.

Your guitars must be wonderful. I’m more of an OO kind of player for comfort. Continue to enjoy your best guitar life.
