I was getting close to buying a Focusrite with two imputs and a Shure SM57. Still trying to stay away from the Chinese Overlords that manufacture everything. Was looking at Presonus 25 anniversary package with an M7 condensor mike and HD7 Headphones for $209. Presonus started and is designed in the US but I think like many manufacturing companies they now buy parts or assemble in China.

i played an AP66 at the guitar store but I just felt more comfortable with th AF77CE-OO. It is on the smaller size but bigger than a Parlor. Also considered a Seagull S-6 with a Cedar top but it was pretty beaten up

I worked on a Nick Drake song, Place to Be. Actually I played around with the alternate tuning for about an hour including parts of the song.
