As the TAC members above have said, there are good quality guitars in smaller sizes. I have a Taylor GS Mini I play on sometimes. It is important that you find a guitar that is comfortable to play for you and will not aggravate your shoulder. Good luck in finding your guitar!

I know what you mean by chunky @Marisa; that is how it felt for me. I was getting discouraged with it, but have learned to accept a little improvement at a time and to keep going so it is fun and I don’t give up. I’ll revisit this another time. 🙂
