Great job, you’re doing great! I have a really hard time trying to count especially with this challenge. You will find out along your journey that, sometimes it’s easier just to feel the rhythm. Counting and playing seems to twist me up. With the barr chords, keep at it. I use Tony’s 5 second drill for difficult chord, nice and slow. Slow is smooth and smooth is fast.

The only thing that help me was to try and keep my palm as close to the neck as possible. Just takes time. I had to slowly form the chord over and over, checking each string for thumpers.

Congratulations on your first video! That was great! Those barr chords are not easy. Keep up the good work, before you know it you’ll have it down!

@Guitlesson LOL! You get used to playing guitar in a drivers seat after a while, plus it’s worth it. I don’t like going without playing a day. I travel with a Taylor GS mini so it’s not too bad. Even if you don’t post your video, I would highly recommend you to record your progress. Then you can go back and see your progress and see what needs to be worked on.

Thank you! Took me a while to get that percussion down. Not easy. Stay at it is all I can say.
Bending high B or E is tough especially the closer you are to the nut! I use middle and ring together.
As for the pain…. Not any more! LOL!! My pads are really thick. Sometimes I have to dress them down a little with an Emory board. LOL!!

There’s several others here on TAC that are very talented. Some with over 6 years in TAC.
That’s what I love about our TAC family. Being able to watch others and have something to work towards on our goals.
Keep at it and have fun! That’s the most important thing. When you’re struggling, don’t give up, there’s a breakthrough right over that hill.
