I agree with Jeff that you should keep the metronome at 120 & play the & beats between. Or, you could use the metronome at 120 & play the & beats on the tones, but it would be 60 bpm then. Beginners often find it easier to play the & beats with an actual tone. If speed isn’t an issue, and you want a tone for the & beats, then set it at 240 bpm.
Hope I didn’t confuse you. Good luck and have fun with it.

Congratulations on your TACiversary David. It’s bittersweet to hear you’re moving on, but I completely understand. The community y is a shell of what it once was, and I miss that too. It’s been great getting to know you, and I’ve always enjoyed listening to your performances.

That was such a cool story Daniel. Beautiful looking and sounding guitar. May you have many years of joy playing it and of remembrance of your dad.

Rando, welcome to the TAC community, and thanks for posting your how you TAC. It helps us get to know you a bit better. I think I know the feeling between fingertips hurting, but not hurting – LOL Sounds like you’re making steady progress, which is all we could ask for. Keep up the great work!

Hey @bugmeist – Very cool that you’ve been able to still play while away. Hope your visit with your son has been nice. Although it’s always nice to get back home. 😀

Got such a good laugh at your response. I guarantee you’ll be able to play both chords in the near future, keep up on practicing them.
