Fretboard Wizard covers ear training. It’s a separate cost, but it is well worth it.

Start out just working from D to barre chord using a metronome at a slow speed. Set metronome to quarter notes and play chord on first count, and then transition to barre chord and play on first count of next measure. Keep going back and forth. Once you’re able to transition on the first count of each measure (cleanly); then increase metronome speed by 5 bpm and repeat. Keep doing this until you’ve built up muscle memory and transition speed. It can be a slow process, but it works.

Really nice improv @Niels . Loved the melodic sound of this, and it seemed like you were having a good time with it.

Hi @jojola Its a personal preference on what direction to go, but since your already working a song and some skills courses (&I assume the daily challenges), then why not jump into Fretboard Wizard to balance it out.

Beautifully performed @Marty69

It is fun to play, just wish that red light syndrome didn’t mess me up every time and make me goof up and slow down so much. Always wish I had longer fingers when I watch and listen to my videos. No piano fingers for me. Sigh ….

Appreciate it @Marty69 . Maybe one day I’ll play as well as you. 🙂
