Great stretching exercise, got a nice fluid rolling type motion going with my fretting hand which made it easy to go across and up and down the frettboard, I will add this to my daily routine

Ouch
Had a lot of trouble nailing the pinky on the descending runs…couldn’t get it down on the fingertip and had a lot of fret buzz. Never got above the slowest speed, but after about 10 minutes of work I was able to eliminate the fret buzz for all fingers, both ascending and descending. I like this exercise.
That was difficult to get the brain in check with the fingers, but worth it when you grasp it
Getting the stretch but going backwards is much harder for me in hitting the right fret.
more good stuff.BUT i will need to relax more and slow it well below 40BPM!
I’m having trouble having my other fingers flailing as I’m fretting other strings ;-;
the stretch exercises really are helping especially pinky control!
I broke my fretting hand pinky year ago and it did not heal properly and actual curves inward towards my ring finger. This makes this exercise a bit harder but you can definitely feel the stretch! Good Exercise!
