Missing videos, or videos not loading for certain devices – issue identified.
Hello TAC Family and Happy Friday! Hoping that everyone is doing great today!
We want to update you on the current issue with some TAC Members using iPads and other various Apple/Mac mobile/devices using Safari – where the video is missing or is not loading.
The issue with this has now been identified and a fix is being deployed.
We’ve been advised that what may help is updating the iOS and/or using chrome. Also, if you have another device/PC to use in the meantime – please do so. We are hopeful that this is going to be resolved quickly.

Thanks for the update @VictoriaTACTeam . Just an FYI, I had the problem on my iPad and I was using Chrome, so that wasn’t a viable solution.

Thank you @VictoriaTACTeam , I know that you have all been working diligently trying to get all the issues fixed. Thank you for your efforts and thank the team. This new site is so zeroed in on helping us develop a productive and effective practice routine and our guitar journeys are benefiting greatly.

Hello Victoria, It worked today just fine. Will make sure I keep my OS upgraded. BTW having to work just from the TAB and not have Tony take me through every step was in some ways a growth experience. Thanks for the attention to this.
