Missing videos, or videos not loading for certain devices – issue identified.
Hello TAC Family and Happy Friday! Hoping that everyone is doing great today!
We want to update you on the current issue with some TAC Members using iPads and other various Apple/Mac mobile/devices using Safari – where the video is missing or is not loading.
The issue with this has now been identified and a fix is being deployed.
We’ve been advised that what may help is updating the iOS and/or using chrome. Also, if you have another device/PC to use in the meantime – please do so. We are hopeful that this is going to be resolved quickly.
