Very nice song Loraine! 👏 Did you play it from memory? 🎸😎👏

Great job on ‘don’t let me down’ a great Beatles hit. You carried it off nicely.

Great rendition @Loraine 😘👍👍👏👏 Excellent timing too😎 I wanted to ask you about your equipment😱 Are you using an audio interface (AI) or is the mic plugged directly into your computer🤔 and taking care of the vocals & guitar? I ask because I’m trying to figure out an inexpensive recording set-up for my self🧐 This guitar geek needs to know (lol)😆

Really appreciate it Bill. As for equipment, right now I have a USBmicrophone hooked up to computer. I have a regular mic and interface, but I can’t figure out how to set them up, along with a pedal too. Nothing comes with printed instructions anymore, and I don’t think the few ways I’ve tried to set them up has worked, so I just gave up fiddling with it. I need a real desktop computer. Way to go Loraine! You keep adding on to your experience by learning and sharing songs. Good job on a classic!

Well done👏 @Loraine just keep on going down that music path and use the music to help vent sometimes good sometimes for bad times but let it be your friend I just did a song My Way that I posted here and it helped me move on from my dads passing away your music can do that for you also and I hope it does

This is really good, @Loraine . Your strumming is lighter, which is a good thing. Better touch. It is surprisingly hard to learn. And your vocals may be soft, but you are doing a great job with the melody. Finally, I thought your sense of timing showed improvement in this recording. All in all, I think you did an excellent job and I see a lot of improvement. Keep it up. Keep posting.

Thank you so much for your pointing out areas of improvement @MikeGaurnier ! This guitar thing does not come easily to me, and I feel I have to work twice as hard to see strides, albeit slow but hopefully steady strides. I have a difficult time projecting my voice, but I’m working on it, and I was pleased with this one.

One of the most difficult things for me is to see my progress, @Loraine . So it’s really important to me that others mention the progress they see. I feel it is a helpful thing for others as well.
And you should feel good about this recording. It’s one of your best.
MG 😀
