    Thanks for sharing @Loraine .

Ok this stupid thing posted before I was done. Anyway, slow and steady wins your speed was just fine by me 🙂

You’re so kind @Alfred . Well, slow and steady has to work, because that’s the only way I know how to do it. For some reason I feel like my brain and hands just can’t speed up – LOL

But you’re making progress, @Lorraine ! Keep at it! As your fingers learn to go to the chords by themselves, it all gets easier.

I appreciate you saying I’m improving, because that means the world to me. I often can’t see it myself. I can see how things will get easier as I keep moving forward, because I remember not knowing a dang thing about the guitar when I started.

It’s so good that you are playing songs you know so you can focus on the chord changes and feel the song. Its not the speed but the feel of a song. You are really showing that growth and I give you so much credit for putting yourself out there. Good job and keep them coming.

I remember @Loraine our discussions about how this process of playing affected you. Well, my Philly friend, that issue is clearly no longer ascendant. Well played, and well done. Thanks for sharing it, to hear it again brought another smile to my face.😆.See, there it is.

Yeah @AttyTJ , I’ve smiled a time or two during this process. I really appreciate all your support and cheering me on. Who woulda thunk it would be so difficult to play guitar and sing at the same time?!

@Loraine You did a great job with this song. This isn’t as easy a song to play as you would think it is, and you sang along with it! Again, Good job and thanks for the post!

Thank you so much @Cadgirl . I don’t think many songs are easy for me, but I am still having fun. I’m trying to find songs that I know in order to try and sing and play at the same time. That is difficult as heck.

Good job , as you keep practicing the song the chord changes will flow.

Thanks for listening. For some reason I’m unable to do fast chord transitions. It’s like my brain hesitates, so my fingers then hesitate. It’s better than it was, but when my nerves get the better of me, it’s out of my control – LOL.

That was a huge piece of music to get through, plus singing too ! You have all the components, just keep going over it. You are on your way. Nice job.
