  • My new daily routine

Posted by NW7 on October 22, 2021 at 4:32 pm

I came up with the following daily routine to help me as a relative newbie (<4 months). My goals are to be able to move my fingers accurately in rhythm, strum and make chord changes accurately in rhythm, learn new skills daily, and obviously to play songs.

    (1) Daily challenge – 10 min

    (2) Scales to metronome – 5 to 10 minutes

    (3) Chord changes with strumming to metronome – 5 to 10 minutes

    (4) Practice one song – 10 minutes

    EDIT:

Forgot to add (5) Watch and practice one video from skills section

That’s a good plan @NW7 👍, however sometimes life gets in the way and you may not always have time to do everything on your list – don’t get discouraged if that happens. Just remember to have fun and enjoy (you may want to add that to your list).
