Hi @bugmeist and thanks for watching the post and for your feedback and encouragement! I agree with you in the backing track – it was a bit difficult to land something on it. It was also very busy as was the scale suggested by Tony. My approach was to pick out a melody of dongle notes and then see how that works with the scale provided. Keep on plucking! 😎🎸🎶

I understand it is an historical site that has been preserved for all to learn about it. The song is a good one for sure. It is on Dave Alvin’s Blue Blvd album. My theme this 90 days is to focus on note accuracy and tone quality. Although I still have a bobble or two I can hear the difference. Hope you are doing well!
