Thank you for your comment @bill_brown. I have been looking for a smaller body guitar that could handle strumming like a dreadnougt without sacrificing to much in the finger style department. This one fitted that bill. Also played a Bourgeois generation OM that came really close, but was a bit more modern than this one and came with a full length neck. Also a glorious guitar, but this one drew me in the Martin camp.
I have heard many great Martin’s (@dmart @julie_i @marty69 @dand)here to always keep me interested, but till now never played one that convinced me. This one did. Not as refined in the finishing as some other brands but that tone is really something.
