That was great. You kept moving all the way through and didn’t break time when you did the lead lick in the middle. You’re on the good road! You’ll get better the more you play it, but you know that. You’ve reached a milestone in your guitar journey, thanks for sharing that here with us! ♡♡ Anxious to hear more from ya!

Yeah girl, I love that your true emotions are shared while you play. I hope you keep sharing your progress with us. Fertle ground grows strong trees. I’m anxious to see how your growth progresses! Share more soon. ♡♡

I’m a big fan of alternate tunings and alternate instruments. I’ve seen lots of homemade cigar boxes made from all kinds of stuff. This piece was great to listen to. Wish it was much longer cause I could listen to that for quite a while. Keep up the great work and please share more of your creativity. Very enjoyable!! ♡♡

Every day adds up, it might get mundane from time to time but the repetition is what it takes. As your repertoire grows it inevitably demands more time commitment but that where you will find the greatest noticeable growth. Keep up the great work!! ♡♡

Thanks for commenting and yes it sure is like a baby learning to walk when using fingerpicks. I’ll learn the pieces notes without but then I’ll put them on for a little while every day to keep the brain geometry from getting weak. Once your brain gets past the initial awkward stage they become your friend. The same way Tony approaches learning guitar – “consistently is key”. Avoid frustration, embrace the struggle, believe you can – then you can. ♡♡

Thanks @ChuckS
After you click on a members name Then you find the three little dots ” … ” then forums, mine has a couple pages, but in their you can find “play for us” posts from previous postings. and you will see some of the older stuff, and it’s always hard work learning new pieces, one measure at a time note by note. Just be consistent, you’ll get there!! Believe you can = you can, you will. 🙂

YouAll are kind to watch and comment on my work because learning this piece is taking a little more effort than ten minutes a day but we all know that you get out of it what you put into it. Likewise the reward is reverent to your effort and I find this to be soo rewarding. Thanks @Bill_Brown, @Loraine and @par3eagl appreciate your kindness .
And Glenn, to respond to you question, that is a Breedlove Discovery Mahogany that I got 2nd hand for about $200 and it’s a great value that I’ve never regretted for a second. ♡♡ -
<div>As much as I like Justin, I like this style of playing just a little more</div>

Thanks Stew, I’m familiar with Justin, he’s developed a really smooth technique in many jondras of fingerpicking. I’m definitely heading that direction. Thanks my friend
