I found a good version of this song on Ultimate Guitar. It has tabs for both notes and chords along with the verse. Also has two good backing tracks that I was able to record to my DAW. Step 1, done!

For reference, D/F# is used in “The A Team, by EdSheeran, and American Pie by Don McLean, only just two examples in Hal Leonard publication, “First 50 Songs You Should Strum.

I am pretty sure that was a typo. “TC Helicon Voicelive Play Acoustic” is used by some here. About $US275 at Sweetwater. Cosmo in Canada. TC Electronics is a Beringer subsidiary. This item includes a looper, guitar and voice effects.
