Good work and the practice is obviously seeping in so you must be pleased. It’s great to try something that used to be insanely difficult only to find it being quite manageable 6 months down the line. Onwards and upwards. 🤟😎🎸

Remember you do not have to be able to play everything perfectly, just start to get to grips with things and keep moving on. You can come back to things as often as you like but do keep moving forward through that challenge day by day as it will give you a flavour of all the skills to use as you progress through the year. I am at the end of year 1 this week and I am staggered at how far I have come. Still learning but my advice is trust in the process and also if you have problems we (your follow TAC members) have probably all experienced the same thing at some point so feel free to ask questions on the forums. Good luck! Darren [Moonhare] 🤟😎🎸

That’s one I don’t know. Will have to look it up. It’s something that was worrying me for our motorbike tour of Scotland in August then, get this, my wife found a Washburn Rover travel guitar on Facebook Marketplace for me. I think I’ve won her over.

Brilliant. I think getting a technique like that under your belt is a major boost to your playing. You’re on your way for sure. 🤟😎🎸

Yes I never intend to be a blues artist – growing up in Eastern England I’m not exactly steeped in the tradition – but it is nice to have a bit of light-hearted fun and try out something you’ve never done before. I’ve dodged the replacements so far but I expect it’s only a matter of time!
