I have a Spark amp and love it. So much you can do with it. Blue tooth capable and it interacts great with software packages it comes with. It’s a ‘smart’ amp.

Definitely a great win @Duane58 , especially for not having fingerpicked before.

Fantastic win @Ted_D ! A fairly basic country song to fingerpick is John Denver’s Country Road.

Hi Peter, I’m sorry to hear that you don’t feel like you’ve improved in a year. To clarify, have you improved in playing the daily challenges ar all; do you pick up on the concepts faster, able to place your fingers on the correct strings, get clearer chords, fingerpick, flatpicking and strum better than when you started? Then you’ve made improvement. TAC teaches practice routine and foundational skills and can be used in conjunction with many other sites. If you’re saying you want to do more with your skills, such as playing songs, etc., then there are many other sites that you can visit. Some free ones are justinguitar.com, andyguitar.uk.com, guitarnick.com. Jerry’sbar.com and many more, including YouTube.com (search for easy beginner songs). Also, have you taken any of the TAC Skills courses? If not, you might want to click on the link on the menu and peruse them.

Such a cool win @AttyTJ ! I can’t believe @jumpinjeff and @Guitar Sherpa David travelled all that way. They can come to Philly anytIme they’re free (and you & Deb too). 😎

Great win – facing your trepidation and just doing it. I agree with @jumpinjeff about contacting Santa Cruz to see if they’d replace the 2 sets of strings.

Welcome back @Vgirl60 ! I agree with @SWeissman013 & @GraceX that it might be beneficial to go through the 30 days to play & next six chords again. It will help get you back into the groove of things, and you’ll rebuild strength & calluses. You can choose to do the daily challenge simultaneously, because they don’t take up too much time. I spend 10-15 minutes on the daily challenges. If you’re ambitious, jump into the skills section and take a course in an area that interests you. Good luck, and have fun!
