I agree with @Michael-K73 that the Foundational 5 are the most important, and I think you were wise to realize it was time to move on. You don’t want to become too frustrated, and the CAGED system becomes clearer and more apparent as you move through learning to play and taking the daily challenges. You can revisit Fretboard Wizard anytime, and you will learn something new each time.

Hi @320ctroy Great question. When you’re in a lesson, look to the left and you’ll see the month’s lessons listed. As long as you’re in the current month, you can go back to previous lessons. Unfortunately we can’t go back to previous months.

@jim33 You are definitely not alone! My suggestion is taking the stretching skills course. It helps loosen muscles and tendons, and then there is simply practice and building finger independence through the lessons. Good luck, and don’t give up. It gets better!
