Beowulf solo
Posted by Jonathandavid on December 29, 2021 at 10:45 amBit of a gap in the middle of this because the backing track kept freezing around the 58 second mark.

That was a great solo Jonathandavid! 👏 I guess I don’t understand how to put together a solo yet. Something else to learn in the near future.

Thanks stevieblues! Most of the notes I played there were the scale that Tony taught us but i just moved it up the fretboard. I find if you stick mainly to the scale notes and just stay in time with the backing track it will sound okay.

Nicely played @jonathandavid. Nice mellow and bluesy solo groove and cool addition of some barre chords as well. 🎶

Sounds wonderfully mellow. I know what I want to do in improvisation but my fingers still won’t back me up in my intentions! So it is nice hearing how well others get on with the improv daily challenge. Great work. 🤟😎🎸

Thank you Moonhare! Keep playing, your fingers will start to do what you hear in your head sooner or later.
