Fourth TACiversary
Posted by Niels on July 31, 2021 at 3:42 amHow time flies 🙂
My fourth year in TAC has primarily been spent working with the Wednesday improvs and learning scales as foundation for the improvisations.
On top of my acoustic bass I have very recently acquired an electric one, and it really clicks with me.
So my fifth year in TAC will be about learning to play bass and focusing on bass runs when playing guitar. which means looking at chord inversions.
This will be fun.Greetings to the whole TAC community 😀

Hi @Niels , Happy 4th TACiversary🎂 Really like your commitment to playing Bass Guitar (I saw the one you had sitting on a stand during your last improv). I hope this doesn’t mean we won’t get to see more 6 string improvs from you in the future😱 I’ve looked forward to your renditions in the recent past and hope that you’ll keep them coming – they provide great inspiration for all🤩

Congratulations on your 4th TACiversary! That’s an awesome amount of time playing guitar.

I still lack 12 improvs to do the full set, there will be more.
Here is, by the way my latest VOM performance – on bass:

Thank you for posting @Niels . I appreciate your sharing about you bass passion. I find it so interesting how many different ways people can enjoy the guitar. We get ideas from each other, yet we find our own unique way down the path of music and guitar. I look forward to hearing more of your bass runs and bass solos.
