What you need to add to your next years list is to find a song or songs you like and learn it. What Tony teaches us is the “wax on” “wax off” (Karate Kid) guitar playing. It’s up to us to apply it to songs we learn. Do the daily challenges and play a song at the end of practice. Take the song learning to the next level. Memories it! 😊🧙‍♂️😎

Yes @Michelle-PSL is right but you may want to try Australian Dream for back pain. I’ve been using it for years on my hands. I have arthritis on both hands. Rub it into your hands before you practice or play. It’s not greasy and gets absorbed by the skin. If you get some, get the “back pain cream”. It is stronger than the Arthritis Pain Relief Cream. Just my 2 cents. 😊🧙‍♂️😎
