I remember when you posted this one earlier @Omar_A.H. . It was very clever then, and it’s still very clever now – great original tune!

Hello @KennonB and welcome to TAC. I hope you find the journey here pleasant and fruitful (but of course, that’s up to you – what you’re willing to put in will effect the quality of what you get out in return). If I may, I would like to recommend some additional “Skill Courses” after you complete the 30 Days to Play. IMHO, you should go to the “Next 6 Chords” and from there you should do the “Jumpstart” courses – pick whichever interests you to start, but you should do all 3. From there, the sky is the limit, but you should also look at “Foundations Of Fretboard Navigation”.
Finally, I’d like to finish by saying that perfection or mastery of a lesson isn’t required to mark it complete. In other words, if you’ve tried to do a lesson for more than 10 minutes but you just can’t physically get it to happen (at any speed), stop right there, mark it complete and move on to the next one. You can always come back to it at another time. The objective here is to have fun while learning to play, not being frustrated because you can’t do exactly what you see on a video lesson.
Best of luck on your journey.

Great story @the-old-coach , glad to hear that you’re working your way out of the doldrums – and great advice for others that have entered that area in their journey – may the wind of “music created” fill all of your sails🎸

Very nice @Jonathandavid 👏👏👏 I liked how you used the triads and then single notes to create an enjoyable melody line👍👍 and the timing at the end was perfect🤩 I enjoyed listening and appreciate all of your Wednesday improv posts😎🎸

I fooled around with that site (and others) before finding TAC. I think @Mrfredsporty , what you’re saying is a testament to TAC, and even more so, to Tony’s teaching style. I couldn’t find anyone else on the web that explains things better than Tony. IMHO, it’s because Tony really does care about people that want to learn to play guitar.

Hello @Loraine , I’m really sorry to hear about your condition. I’d never heard of it till reading your post. I did some research and found out some things about therapeutic treatment. I read about a nerve stimulation device called Cala Trio. According to the Mayo Clinic website, this device could be beneficial. I’ll let you read it for your self, it’s mentioned in the Diagnosis & Treatment section.

Hope this can give you some answers, because this Community really does need you in it.

I do know this @Cadgirl form chemistry courses, the salt (KCl, NaCl,MgCl, CaCl and others) will not evaporate into the air, but water (H2O) will. The warmer the air temperature (in the room) the more moisture can be held in the air (relative humidity).
Hope that helps, an aquarium sounds nice.

Hi @the-old-coach , let me start by saying if your not feelin it, then it’s time to move on. That being said, take a look at the comments from each lesson, there might be some workarounds that are mentioned. I know for me, I don’t play a cut away style guitar, so I had to switch chord shapes from the E/Em shapes to the A/Am shapes after playing the B chord (799877). At the C#m, I switched to the Am shape (x46654) and for the D#dim I used x67876 and finished with the E (x79997). Also, since we’re arpeggiating the chords from lo to hi toned strings, you don’t have to hold the barre shape once a note has been played.
I know for myself, if I play a song and use all barre chords, the next one has to be open chords just to give my hand a wrest.

👍🤩👍 That’s a great streak! We all have to start from a beginning to reach our ends, according to Machiavelli 🤔🎸 So play on my friend – the journey continues😎
