Thank you @Michelle-PSL , the insights are right on, but there is one thing you didn’t add, and others may have. There is/was and objective change that took place, regularly and dramatically over that 3 plus months. Day 1, you were starting, excited, and geeked to move on. Day 100, you were still excited (maybe to be done) and in those 100 days, your play and skill grew to match your already capable voice. And throughout, you were growing and PLAYING and SINGING every single day (3 skills we all work on, if we want to play and sing.)
You remain and inspiration on my Journey. After all, YOU DID IT!!. And you DID IT VERY, VERY, WELL ❗❗❗❣ (sorry for shouting, I couldn’t help myself.)

Yes, Woody is credited with writing it, and while I have done it for FNL on 3/19 (note, the next day was when I embarrassed my wife having her sit through the song I wrote her), it is a truly great song and deserves lots of exposure.

His Huntingtons Disease meant I only ever got to see and hear his music through others, including a couple of Arlo’s performances and Pete Seeger at Red Rocks, plus all the music from the Dust Bowl from Woody’s Album. He was around, though, and like some people want to get to the Blues history areas, I want to get back to Tulsa, as his Center wasn’t there, yet, when last I visited.
And the “now” performers finishing and recording his music is really fun, although my voice is much more in Woody’s Style than Billy Bragg or Bob Seeger or others, but I admit I can kind of match the Dropkick Murphys, Country Joe MacDonald and the Klezmatics, if I think about it. (or maybe that is don’t think about it).
