Hi @MiRu , I have a had a problem with posting as well. Same type of problem you are describing. In in my case my post block would turn pink and I would not post to the forum. It is definitely frustrating. I recommend you go to the Support section of the TAC, describe the problem and see if they can help you.

Great win @Mrfredsporty . Once you set a goal of picking up your guitar everyday (the first step in your Guitar Routine “habit”) you are more than likely going to play it. And when you commit to playing at least 10 minutes (again the Routine) you will most likely play it a bit longer. Especially when you have a love for the guitar and music – then you play for the hour or more we all find ourselves doing!
Tony mentioned once he built the TAC principles around a book he read “Tiny Habits” written by B. J. Fogg. It is a book about how tiny sorrow can lead to big changes.
In any case – keep on playing! 😎🎸🎶

@KayMesser , you should be able to adjust the speed of the play along videos in the “30 Days” course. In the lower right of the video box you should see “1x”. If you click that a menu pops up presenting various speeds at which the play along video can be watched (expressed in x times the posted video). Hope that is helpful.

Hi @KayMesser and congrats on working your way through the 30 days to play. The metronome that @HowardM recommends is indispensable. There are physical metronomes you can buy and also metronome apps for phones – some free and very good.
Using a metronome will help you build both great timing and speed.
When you begin the daily challenge – have no fear – the chance to slow down and speed up the practice and play along tracks will be there! 😎🎶🎸
