Hi @OhWowMan , I agree with @Loraine (she’s pretty smart), but my 2 cents, I would add another Skills Course before tackling FW. And that’s “Foundations Of Fretboard Navigation“, it’s like a precursor to FW.

Hope you enjoy your journey here🎸

Hi @Rich_P. , @Loraine is correct about the KC part. As for the 10, I’ve read answers in other posts from more “seasoned TACers” that the number correlates to the month (10 = October). And then, of course, the particular key follows the number. Hope that helps👍

That’s a good plan @NW7 👍, however sometimes life gets in the way and you may not always have time to do everything on your list – don’t get discouraged if that happens. Just remember to have fun and enjoy (you may want to add that to your list).

Hi @jayinbend , glad to hear that your “giving it a real go”! So it’s not about proficiency, but more about starting a habit, one that gets you to pick up your guitar on a regular basis. From there, progress will begin – slowly and perhaps unnoticeably at first – but over time it will become evident (I can attest to that). Then when a “Daily Challenge” comes around again (and you recognize it) you’ll truly get to measure you progress.

So you’ve started a “streak” this month, why not keep it up and see where it leads you.

Very nice @charlie_d 👏🤩👏 I liked the use of the single notes and how you took your melody from the low notes to the hi notes and back down👍👍 and the finish was sweet😎 I enjoyed listening (as always), thank you for performing for all of us.

Very nice @Jonathandavid 👏👏👏 I think you did a wonderful job with the choice and placement of the chords in your improv👍🤔👍 They were a great accent to your melody🤩

Hi @Akabbbb , I agree with you. When I went to buy my first acoustic, I was thinking Taylor. I went to my local music shop and played a GS Mini and wasn’t totally happy with the feel and sound. I believe I was told that the Mini had a solid top, but laminated back & sides – not thrilled. They showed me the D10Jr (solid wood top, back & sides), and when I played it, I happily bought it right then and there.🤩 Both were the same price, but the Martin also came with a heavy weight soft shell gig bag👍
